Occupational Therapy Evaluation

Following completion of the write-up, the evaluation findings, test scores, established goals, and recommended plan of care are shared and reviewed with the client/caregiver. This approach ensures we address your biggest concerns.

And advocacy is in all we do.
Advocacy is foundational to The Nature of Neurodiversity.
We listen to the voices and lived experiences of neurodivergent adults. We use those shared experiences to end cycles of trauma.
We acknowledge the beauty of and advocate for the acceptance of each individual’s neurodivergence.
We acknowledge, encourage, and celebrate each client’s development of self-advocacy skills.
We educate the broader healthcare profession, advocating for neurodiversity affirming healthcare, for improved health and well-being outcomes.
We advocate for community support and understanding of neurodivergent needs.
We acknowledge that autistic BIPOC individuals overall have increased rates of discrimination and lower health and well-being scores. We work to be part of the solution to these systemic barriers and factors.
